You can still breastfeed while pregnant, but typically the pregnancy hormones dry your milk up unless you actively are trying to keep it.

I did have preclampsia in my first pregnancy and probably will in my next and gave birth at 34wks. I'm thinking it will trigger my birth even more with breastfeeding. @melia

I guess, I would just tell them that if it wasn't meant to work that way, your body wouldn't be able to do it. You're body will only do what it is capable of and supposed to be doing.

I was breastfeeding when I got pregnant with my second child and breastfed her all the way up when he was born and she put me in labor lol

It will put a or of extra stress on your body. You should talk to your dr about it
