so my sons doctor started him on veggies at two months old.. can I give him water to wash it down he always spits up the milk when I try to give him that while feeding.

Im sorry, but you need to find a new doctor @mrgmommy2016! They shouldn't be eating solids at all before 6 months! That's just insane!!!! Your baby can't even digest that type of food yet
my son was not getting full of formula.. and I have a chunky baby so cereal was out of the picture and he said veggie would work and my son sleeps better and is finally full
I'm not trying to be rude. babies stomachs can't handle food that early.
there should be no food or water till 6 months old. formula or breastmilk only. I don't know why a dr would recommend to start food that early.. ever.
its just a little.. doc said to do a fourth of the little tubs and we talked about cereal but his doc said veggies will be better than cereal and it more likely he won't get full on it. he's doing great on them.
