I don't know what to do I'll be 30 weeks Thursday and we leave to Cancun Monday of next week on July 4 for three days should I cancel or just be extra cautious? My midwives said I should be fine but a few family members have advice me to just cancel it. Any advice will help....( Zika Virus)

I talked to my doctor, bc I'm going to south padre near Mexico and she said. Bug spray anything with feet, 2x a day. No perfume and we should be good. Also make your so wear it too and spray the cars aswell.
Ask your physician he/she is the most qualified to answer that question ... And it will give you peace of mind

I don't remember really getting bit much when I was in cancun surprisingly. The sunburn was horrible! But I don't think anyone in my family really got bit.

There was bugs it drove me nuts, but I wasn't going to stress myself over it nor the zika virus cuz if I did I wouldn't enjoy myself. I've learned that if something is meant to happen it will regardless of how much I stress over it. Go to Cancun and enjoy yourself!
Honestly I think you will be ok, the reports of the zika virus affecting the fetus is very small. Just wear lots of mosquito spray, all over, and no sweet smelling perfumes. On the news they tested mosquito sprays, and Off spray worked great. They literally sprayed their hand, and then put it in a box with thousands of mosquitos. Not one bit the person
I read an article that once your past 20 weeks zika won't affect your baby.. if I find it I'll send it to you

I traveled when I was 32 weeks for a weekend...just make sure you walk and drink a lot of water and you should be fine ☺️ enjoy Cancun!!
i think you should be fine! go have fun before the baby actually comes. do whatever you wanna do, don't listen to everybody else. i think you should enjoy yourself. you might regret staying home.
I'd cancel not only because of being that far in the pregnancy but also because Zika is quite bad in Mexico right now (if you're worried about that)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
