I'd be careful with the extra strength tho honestly. I personally wouldn't take that unless I spoke to my Dr.

The usual dosage for Tylenol is 1-2 500mg tablets every 4 hours, but don't exceed 4,000mg in 24 hours. 😊

Regular Tylenol says to take 2 every so and so hours. At least that's what mine says. But Tylenol pm only take 2 every 24hours no more than that a day

I actually think you can take more than 2 Tylenol extra strength a day! it should say on the bottle what the dosage is. I feel like it's no more than 6 in a 25 hour time frame or something like that.. @_jfelder_

well, I've taken 2 and it's done nothing. I'll just have to ride it out @hannnahmack

I take 2 Tylenol extra strength when I need to and it knocks the pain right out. :) @_jfelder_
