I just really want to be ready. What are some advices for me to take care of a c- section if I have one ?
Also Rinse the incision with soap and water in the shower, don't rub it just let the soap and water run over it. Don't put anything at all on the incision either ie neosporin or Vaseline, anything.
As soon as you're out of surgery (if you have one) ask for the belly band. It's a tight elastic band they can wrap around your belly, it really helps with the pain. And get up and walk as soon as they tell you that you can, usually about 12 hours after surgery is the earliest you can, it will be painful as hell but it helps the pain go away much much faster. As soon as I got up and walked around I felt like I healed super fast
Don't forget to take your medication. In my opinion that's one of the most important things. Especially within the first two weeks of being home. Take it on time and rest as much as possible.
if you have one. take it easy keep your c section cut dry and clean. No heavy lifting.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
@emkasting, alright thank you I will ask for one thanks
