I'm so desperate for HELP I need money or air miles anything to get me to Hawaii for my final custody hearing regarding my sons or my ex husband gets full custody and he took them without consent and I swear I will work it off with whatever I can . Please help me.

How can they expect you to go to Hawaii? Can you petition it to be held in Fresno or where your kids were born? Did he take them there, start a life, and then file with the courts over there, or did you have to file, and now they expect u to go... its so unreasonable
You can also petition the court to be able to do it over the phone. They give you a number to call at the proper time and you can do it without physically being there.
I didn't know courts can do all this they said they called me but it's a lie I had no missed calls not one or messages from Hawaii
