My finace just started this job and he's always talking about his girl boss. Well I just went thru his phone and saw he sent her a picture not a bad one but of jist him and his face it kinda makes me upset cause he talking to this girl like there best friends. what should I do .????

negative ghost rider! I don't text pictures of myself to my boss that's weird I don't care what part of himself he is showing in the picture it's still wrong, weird and very unprofessional!
I'd be asking questions. from my experience most "side chick's" start out as "best friends".
Girl! Let me tell ya! Fix it quick!!!!!!! You need to say something to him and if something is going on they will know your on to it and could put a stop to it before the situation moves to the next level IF that's their intentions!

I would be pissed! There was no reason to send a picture to her? That's messed up.
confront him. ask him what was the purpose pf him sending that picture. hes engaged and shouldn't be sending pictures to other women
Tell him exactly how you feel. Don't be rude about it, just say that it upsets you that he's doing that.
I agree with everyone else, you need to bring this up to him or it will eat away at you
