I had low platelet with my first. But I had PE and developed hellp. The low platelets didn't cause me to feel different tho. But I did bleed in labour and after to the point they wanted me to be transfused. But plenty deliver with this no issues. Depends how low they are. Sometimes u can't have an epidural because they are too low
