After my c section my legs and feet was so swollen,well they still are! I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do that will help them go down. My ankles are starting to hurt from pressure 😢

@mazeyy09, before leaving the hospital I asked them if there's anything I can do they told me to stay hydrated and walk around. Then I went to the ER an they basically said the same thing to me🙄 I'm gonna try putting my feet up an see if that helps some.
Same thing happened to me after giving birth... It was so painful. Stay off of your feet and elevate them!
you can elevate them with a pillow. I would let your doctor know the same thing happened to me and it ended up being clots
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
