Okay she's not even two days old and this kid is killing my boobs. HELP ME. Ive been using coconut oil which has helped a ton with moisture but does nothing for pain.

Lanolin helped me or squeeze a bit of milk out and just rub on

Hot wash cloths before nursing and ice packs after along with the lanolin for your nipples. Helped me a ton!!
