wait until your contractions are 5-7 minutes apart for at least 30 minutes and then go :)

@emmajeremy2627 i went to the hospital in the morning and they sent me home and the doctor told me i was only 2cm dilated,i dont want to go and then get sent back home

it could be the start of labor. you can always go into l&d to get checked see how dilated you are monitor contractions and if your in early labor they'll send you home most times. i always did that to ease my mind if i didnt know if i was in labor.

also some women there water does not break or leak (so just cause it doesnt break doesnt mean your not in labor)

try walking to get them going more. are they painful?

They're most likely contractions.

try drinking water and stay hydrated that should help it does with me.
