anyone ever bring a newborn home and you're so scared to put him down? i need to put him down in the crib but im scared he's cold or because he already moves to where he ends up on his side, im scared he is going to stop breathing. how do i make this go away? plus he barely sleeps, he fights it so bad that i have to either pick him up and rock him to sleep or put him in the rocker. how do i get him to sleep? i dont like the cry it out method because his crying hurts me physically and after not being able to be his mom for the first week of his life i feel compelled to pick him up and make his tears go away. how do i fix this?

you could try to go on YouTube and search vacuum noise. lol its actually really soothing and it worked really well with my daughter when she was fussy. how things get better girl! but it's ok too I was a hot mess and didn't think I was doing anything right when my daughter first came home
i have a mobile that plays music so maybe that will help. @vannahjam14
he does but no matter how i swaddle him he gets his arms loose. but for the past two days he has slept very poorly.
does he like being swaddled? if you lay him down try putting a tshirt of yours under him so he can still get your smell for comfort.
i might try that. hopefully it doesn't keep me awake. @mdomke22
