is it okay to take a warm bath 2 weeks after having a baby

at the hospital they said wait 6 weeks, but my actual doctor schedule me to come August 6th longer then 6 weeks.

ide talk with your doctor first.....some people just do it but its not really recommended.

I was told to take sitz baths even in the hospital but not bathe in the water, stand up to shower.
