When did y'all start to take ur kids to movies, I want to take my baby to see all these new kiddie…

honestly we didn't take any of ours until they were about 5 and even then they couldn't sit still or quiet through the whole thing.

My oldest is four and we still haven't taken her to a movie yet. I'm sure now she would sit through one but I didn't want to risk it before.

My brother took his son to the movies when he was a lil baby, but here's my problem with that: It's LOUD there, and it can scare them and could even hurt their eardrums! The baby WILL cry at some point in the 1.5 to 2 hours that movie will be playing, it's inevitable. They will get hungry, tired, scared or bored...SOMETHING will make them need attention lol so one or both parents don't get to enjoy the movie. And lastly, it will be far too distracting for them to nurse or fall asleep, because flashing lights and loud noises just don't mix with trying to calm a baby lol ah, one more sorry....a baby at least my girl's age (10 months tomorrow!) will want to be mobile and move around and look and touch EVERYTHING, and she can't because it's not safe....aaaand that's why we watched a bootleg of Finding Dory off FB lmao now a drive in is a lil different, we went to one when our girl was less than 6 months cuz we controlled the volume and she got all the booby she wanted haha (we HAD to see Deadpool!)
