@mdomke22 was rudely told she was selfish for not trying to breastfeed. I completely disagree. She had her first experience with breastfeeding and it didn't go very well, plus now she's going to have a two year old and college classes to also handle while a newborn. Girl, you aren't selfish for your decision. Fed is best, and you shouldn't be insulted for not wanting to do something. In the future, your baby isn't going to hate you or be upset that you didn't breastfeed them. They won't know the difference. ☺️☺️

That's rude of someone to say. Breastfeeding isn't for everyone. As long as baby eats, I don't see the difference!

that's awful that people do that. no shame in not breast feeding. I'm not breast feeding for certain reasons. i didn't breast feed my oldest and he's 5 years old and healthy. that's all that matters! don't let people make you feel bad for how You choose to take care of YOUR baby. :)

Oh I know it is. I tried to do it but my boy couldn't latch due to being a preemie and exclusively pumping was taking a toll on me and ruining my experience of motherhood so I quit so I could enjoy my baby

Ugh. Saw that and her status. You tried it with your first and it wasn't ideal for you, so I completely get not wanting to put yourself through that again. @mdomke22 😊
