I didn't nurse at all yesterday and I've really been struggling with getting Gavin to latch on today. He's been getting super pissed off and just kind of had my nipple in his mouth. I ended up giving him a bottle because he was using up so much energy he was falling asleep and not eating. Any tips for how we can fix this?

Try a nipple shield. My daughter is sometimes fussy at the breast, and gets lazy sometimes. I got a nipple shield and it helps her. I don't use it all the time cause she's only like that sometimes.
Keep trying. That's where we got stuck and I gave up. Now I'm trying to restart and it's not easy.
@victoriaaaron12, I do that and there's milk going into his mouth as well. I think he doesn't want to work for it because bottles are so much easier
put some milk on your nipple it'll show him there's something there to eat
Well babies tend to fall asleep while nursing so for that part you can tickle his feet to get him going again. And you can use a nipple shield for the latch. After mom gave my daughter a bottle I had to use a nipple shield just for her to latch and eat
