i bought a yoga ball and started using it tonight to see if it would help with my back pain and I was on it for about 5 minutes and ever since then my whole stomach and lower abdomen has been getting really tight on and off.

lean over it in hands and knees position sorta but with your arms draped over the ball. That also helps

my husband wants me to stay off of it but it did help with the back pain
