Eat tons of protein to keep your sugar in chrck, cut out most white/bleached flour, eat only naturally occurring sugars from fruits, and drink tons of water. No soda, either. You can have a little something sweet every now and then, but follow it up with some protein. Protein won't raise your sugar , it will keep it low. Eat minimal carbs because those process into sugars as well. Good luck hun.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Everything she said! They gave me a book called calorie king and it has a list of restaurants and fast food places with the number or calories and carbs and you can see how much is in what. You would be surprised at all the stuff you can still eat
