Anyone else have severe anxiety a month after giving birth?? My anxiety is so bad

Well talk to them about therapy maybe? Anxiety is not something you have to live with

hmm that sucks i get really bad social anxiety and like usually the first couple months after my baby is born cause im scared they would lose weight or die of sids but that goes away as the months go on but if u need someone to talk to im here for ya

No my youngest is 4.5 years old now and it's gone. But I'm having another in October and I refuse to go through it again.
