When do you start getting Braxton hicks & producing milk? I'm 31 weeks and I have neither. Just Curious ???

I just got my first BHs yesterday, I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow.

BH can start as early as 20 weeks, i never noticed i got them and now im in early labor and barely even feel these contractions. it all just depends on you for BH i guess

You don't make milk until the baby is born. Some women leak colostrum during pregnancy though and some dont. BH can start at any time. Everyone has them but not everyone notices them
