An anatomy scan is a very detailed sonogram to take measurements of baby's organs and bones. Usually wait until close to your 20 weeks because not everything is visible until then. Also, sex isn't full distinguishable until after 16 weeks so it's best to wait ☺️
with my previous 3 children I had my anatomy scan around 14-16 weeks. but this time I use a diff doctor and his office doesn't do the anatomy scan until 20 weeks

my ob told me at my 15 wks appt 😁 but most ppl get told at their anatomy scan around 20 weeks

I had mine at 19 weeks but I have seen some at 13-14 weeks depends on doc.
