I'm 37 weeks and 3 days.. And I'm not dialated.. But she said baby's head is very low.. Should I be pushing to try to dialate?

Start walking! Any movements of the pelvis helps. Rock on a yoga ball, walk up stairs, walk on uneven ground ETC.
