Has anyone experience having to go to the bathroom a lot and having diarrhea (TMI SORRY😕😕😕) I really need some help with this I feel like I go 2-3 times in the morning and my stomach is just in knots. Can anyone relate or help with what I should do ??!!

Do you have anxiety or are anxious about anything? Super TMI but that was a major symptom of my anxiety disorder. I would either throw up or have diarrhea. It just always messed my stomach up. Otherwise, maybe you have a stomach virus or something.

@mrsb78, I don't think I have any anxiety I just always wake up having to go like 3 times in the morning 😕.. It is so uncomfortable. I don't know why my stomach is so messed up
