I Stopped Smoking & Drank Alot of Water & My Cm Was Excellent I Used The Preseed 2 & I Think It Worked
Yeah, I definitely slowed down but didn't quit until I knew. My doctor told me that every puff of a cigarette cuts off oxygen to your baby and that made it easier for me to quit because it just stuck in my mind. Lol
@lucieelledge, and that's what I'm doing. I'm slowing down so it's not so bad but you know it's hard

I did. My fertility doc advised me to quit because it does mess with your hormones a bit and that can make it harder to get pregnant. But I still smoked until the day I found out, then I quit.
