How did you guys relieve vaginal burning after delivery ,no tearing or stitches but it feels…

I was told put witch hazel on a pad and freeze them. I'm 3 days PPD and I'm having my husband run out to get me some.

I thought you could do that ..they gave me some witch hazel pads at hospital for hemorrhoid but my doctor tol me. Not to use it so I didn't@alexalexa

Oh wow. Yeah the nurse told me it would help. I don't have hemorrhoids though, just sore. So maybe that's why your doctor would say not to use it.

Yeah said not to use it on my cuga but the nurse told me to use it for bith tho but I didn't wanna take any chances @alexalexa
