Oh wow. Yeah the nurse told me it would help. I don't have hemorrhoids though, just sore. So maybe that's why your doctor would say not to use it.

I thought you could do that ..they gave me some witch hazel pads at hospital for hemorrhoid but my doctor tol me. Not to use it so I didn't@alexalexa

I was told put witch hazel on a pad and freeze them. I'm 3 days PPD and I'm having my husband run out to get me some.
