Went to L&D last night. Was experiencing a lot of pain. And they told me it was just BH contractions and to just go home 😞
But now I'm feeling them again.. And they really do hurt. I don't know what I'm supposed to do at this point

start timing from when they start to when they end....I thought I was having painful bh at first but they were 10 minutes apart then 5 minutes apart the next morning
