Those who had summer babies, did your coming home outfit consist of a onesie, a pants outfit, or something else for a boy?? I don't want to have him overheat but I know they're used to being much warmer in the womb. And what was the temp like??

as long as you have a light blanket to cover up the car seat you'll be fine. he can wear a short sleeve and pants too
 it shouldn't be too long til you get home and you can get him more comfortable.

my son was born in June. it wasn't too hot but like you said they are used to a warm environment. he came home in thin pajamas, beanie & a light blanket
