My birthday is Sunday and my mum wants to take me to the spa but I'm not sure what I can and can't do? I doubt I'm allowed in the sauna or jacuzzi, what about massages ect?

@bethrolls, you can't do jacuzzi or sauna or steam rooms. I'm not sure about massages as I know you can only usually have the pregnancy massages some places do spa packages for mums to be Hun xx

I went to a spa, MIL had treated me to a pregnancy pamper, I had a message, but laying on my side, check out what they offer, it wasn't lovely and relaxing! xXx

A spa will be lovely Hun, they have treatments for pregnant women. I have had a facial and a pedicure but they will be extra careful with your feet, even a swim in the pool will be nice because the whole experience is calming you will enjoy yourself xx

Just make sure you don't use any thing heat related like sauna hot tub etc X
