Make sure you eat a meal before taking them. I like taking mine before bed...probably 1 to 2 hours before I go to sleep. I would throw it up if I took it on empty stomach or taking it with food.
I have to take mine at night right before bed or else they take their toll on my tummy. Hope it helps :)
I usually take mine before lunch or dinner, I had some morning sickness but wanted to make sure I didn't vomit up my prenatal
If U want to continue taking it I suggest taking it before bed.

I switched to Flintstone vitamins. I can't take prenatal. They make me extremely ill.
