What does back labor feel like

Sharp cramplike pains x10. Very painful.

I'm pretty sure I woke up having contractions it hurt like hell

Is it still hurting? In most casses you wont see your tummy tighting.

They are hard to time but are they pretty constant?

like death! going through it right now, even when the contractions stop the pain in your back doesn't then magnifies when the contraction hits
