The dr told is the reason they say under 6 month consult your dr is beaches they don't want parents to be reckless in the sun thinking their baby had sunscreen on they will be fine . But like you I'm just looking for added protection even tho we have the spf shirts and tents and stuff

Okay @lisa0488 I'll have to look into it thank you! and we go Friday to his one month check up so I'll ask when we go but eight after his appt were going to the beach haha. @sandranatalia that'd what I've always heard and what I've read so I'm hoping there's got to be some sort of loophole sunscreen

I have always heard that babies that young shouldn't use sunscreen but I use Coppertone water babies on my son

I asked at my sons 2 month check up !! So I would assume it's safe for your one month old . Maybe just call and ask to be sure !! ( we haven't had to use it yet )
