I've been drinking a lot of water but no luck. @kaylamcclellan I will have to try the blue gatorade

Blue Gatorade. Lots of fluids period really. Oatmeal. I hear flaxseed

@mommyof2princessesp, look up lactation cookie recipes. I have heard of that working. Also mothers milk tea I heard works!
