So my latch on experience has been rough, I've been trying to ignore it and jus deal. The first like 7 seconds my baby latched I'd get a shooting pain right to my spine...then it'd go away. My daughters pediatrician mentioned a nipple shield, so I got one today and omg!, it's heaven. Feels like it does when I pump. 🙌🏼
