I believe u can buy the same thing that's in pineapple in a capsule from Holland and barratt

You need to eat 8 pineapples for it to have any effect and even then it will give you a bad tummy x

Curry yes- bromelain in pineapple is meant to help ripen the cervix I believe I had a craving for them with my 3rd. Waters went at 38 weeks after 3 sweeps and eating 1 pineapple a day lol
