You need to eat 8 pineapples for it to have any effect and even then it will give you a bad tummy x

I believe u can buy the same thing that's in pineapple in a capsule from Holland and barratt

You need to eat like 6 or something stupid to get enough of the enzyme that helps apparently

I'm gonna try the pure juice first and if nothing then I will go ahead xxc
