@shellbell0391, @graciesmama @chibibunnyx I just figure doing your work at home and only having one fb page means you keep personal and professional completely together. and if your personal is a public mess then I'm good. I know no one is perfect and life is always a mess but how you handle it is who you are. just wanted to make sure I wasn't being to harsh.

@sweetpeasmama716, I mean my life has drama but I try TRY really hard to keep most of it away from my kiddos. I don't want some weirdos bringing it on for me. lol

@lexij, theres a difference though. you can decide what they see in your own life.... but when you entrust your kids to someone it's only normal to want to montior the level of drama that person brings around your kids too. btw kutos for doing your research. it's hard finding good in-home daycares but you'll know when you find the right one :-D

@sweetpeasmama716, I started looking about a month ago and I won't need someone until sept/Oct I'm super stressed out about it. lol

@lexij, try not to stress. in home daycares... its like finding your new best friend lol go and walk through them, relax, take your time. ask lots of questions, pop in unannounced, observe them. I would drop in at random times to see how they run it and if I feel comfortable I'd leave my kids for a few hours to see if they like it and feel comfortable too... its a process but you have time.

@sweetpeasmama716, I've taken my 4 year old to the same lady since he was 6 months old. we love her but she doesn't have any openings and won't keep kids late enough for me. 😕

we do that at my work for new hires when check their fb before their interview....image is everything
