both my girls have really bad nappy rashes.. don't seem to be in pain but looks really bad! had to be both of them dint it lol. using "magic cream" atm but if it gets any worse I'm gonna be worried.

@winterbaby95, my little one only started purees today but her poops are smelling vinagry if you get me 😂 might be stinging her. but my eldest are all raised and bumpy right at the top of her bum.. :/ and @zaralee71 no I will grab some tomorrow thank you xxx

Sometimes the food they eat can give them nappy rash xx

Will take a day or 2 regardless which ointment u use. Just keep using it every nappy change
