ugh why do I wake up with nose bleeds? #goodmorning

cause your nose is dry. I actually put Vicks vapor rub on the inside of my nose for moisture. it burns a bit but it helps through the whole night.

Its normal, pregnancy causes the blood vessels in your nose to expand, and your increased supply of blood puts more pressure on the vessels, causing them to rupture more easily. @kimoramom

@kimoramom, I haven't had a major nose bleed yet, but this pregnancy has been the worst on my nasal congestion. I always have blood on the kleenex in the mornings and can't breathe. It's awful.
