it depends which insurance you have. I have Molina, and for every appointment I go to I get points and when the points add up I can pick something for the baby(car seat,crib,ect), but I don't think they just give them away. call your insurance and ask.

also if you do the prenatal classes with your nutritionist then you get a car seat.
