Any BF moms drink coffee? Before I had my baby I wasn't much of a coffee drinker but now I love it! I'm just wondering if it gets into the breastmilk and effects the baby? I only have a cup a day and don't drink it everyday.

It's perfectly fine. Especially how little you drink. 2 cups a day I think is supposed to be the decent limit :)

That shouldn't be a problem. Just watch for any changes in baby's behavior, some are more sensitive to it than others. Mine were never effected.
