i know my daughter will come when shes ready but what are some things i can do to help myself dialate i try to walk but my pelvic bones and hips hurt way to bad to when it makes me almost fall down.. i am 36 weeks tomorrow and im not dialated yet. my doctor will induce me a week after my due date and that means my daughter will have to share a bday with two of her cousins them being july 24 and july 25. im not trying to rush and im trying to let her cook as long as she needs just what are some ways to get myself going, and to make labor easier too.

yes. my doctor recommended I get one since I have horrible pain on my pubic bone/pelvic area because I didn't give my body enough time to heal from having my son and got pregnant 7/8months later. I can barely move it hurts so much and she said it would help hold the baby up off the bone.
really? ill have to try that i try and walk around walmart or whatever kus its super hot but she pushes down on my pelvic bones between my legs and it almost makes me fall down lol. and my hips too they hurt really bad @kelseys
you can try a belly band. it helps take the pressure off your hips/pelvic area.

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
