kind of a personal question.

what kind of lube do you ladies recommend ? I've never had to use it but my Dr told me to get some for the first few times we have sex. (I'm 6 weeks pp) I'm scared its gonna hurt (I tore all the way to my rectum and got lots of stitches) so I definitely want the extra lubrication just in case.
