I'm 29 weeks pregnant and my legs and back hurt just from getting ready for work. Is this normal?? I'm worried that it's going to get worse and I won't be able to make it to work 😟. Every morning is a struggle and my hour long train ride doesn't help.

Thanks for the advice ladies!! If I wasn't at work already I would try stretching now!!! 😊

I know it sounds like even more work, but stretching a couple times a day is really beneficial.

Growing a human is a LOT of work hun! You should try to plan for more rests in between!
