anyone have elevated live enzymes on labs? any one with gallbladder issues during pregnancy? symptoms?

They urgently deliver based on how high your numbers are. I've been diagnosed since around 30 weeks

@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, I will let u know thanks so much! and @brianastowell how long have u been diagnosed? ur already 36 weeks doesn't seem like they urgently deliver that's scary they just let u go with the chance of still birth :(

I have cholestasis and some of the symptoms is elevated liver enzymes, elevated bile acid salts and itching. They give you meds but you ultimately deliver early to avoid still birth and other issues

Hopefully everything will work out and the liver enzymes being high won't be too big of a deal. If you think about it, please update me tomorrow and let me know if they found anything or said anything else about it.

Did your doctor make any comments about it? Like, do they want you to go in for more blood tests every so often? I was hospitalized at 28 weeks so they were constantly taking my blood pressure and blood for testing so that's how I got "lucky" (if you could say that) and caught the whole HELLP situation before things got worse.

This is what I ended up having on top of severe preeclampsia. After delivery things went back to normal after a few days. I think right after delivery things got even worse but by day 2 pp things started getting better. I could pull up my lab work but I can't really translate it well. After my emergency c section I felt fine. My major symptom from HELLP was feeling like I had heartburn, but in reality it was my liver failing. Worst freaking pain of my life. Made the recovery from my emergency c section a walk in the park though, so that was a "plus". Lol.

I went into liver failure during my pregnancy. I had high liver enzymes and all that "fun" stuff.
