Hi ladies , any of you experience major swelling in your legs and feet after a csection? I can't even walk or bend my toes. any suggestions on what I can do to get some relief?
It's my turn ladies! Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.

keep them up as much as possible, i had the same thing up until about a week after i left the hospital. i was always walking on them until i started keeping them up more and it went away. the ibuprofen helped too

@tatiananoelani, thank you I'll do that. it's so weird. I had no swelling through the whole pregnancy it wasn't until I had the csection on friday.

i was taking down Christmas lights as a side job for the last week up until my due date, and my feet were so swollen i could barely walk and i couldn't fit my shoes lol

Stay off of them as much as you can. Drink plenty of water. And stay away from salt.
