TMI question but oh well.... Ladies who have had a vaginal birth but still had to get a few stitches... When will I stop feeling like everytime I poop I'll rip my stitches? I just can't bring myself to push half the time.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Unfortunately I had a four degree tear with my second it took me 2 months to heal from that it was sooooooo painful I lost more blood than I ever thought I would I had 30 stitches total😩hope I don’t get torn this time around
ugh ! since I had ripped I had to get stitches. And it's so uncomfortable!! my private area burns and itches so bad cuz these damn stitches 😢😢😢 I can't even sit down it hurts and so uncomfortable 😢 when will it heal and not hurt anymore ?!
