🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 I had back labor for my first pregnancy and mild for my second they will tell you they aren't contractions because the monitor obviously doesn't pic them up only your belly ones

I had back labor but my nurse put pressure on a certain spot and it helped alot!

Sharp Sharp pain. Kinds shoots into your sides. They are super painful.
