Question ladies. I've made sure to not eat fried eggs my whole pregnancy. My due date is Thursday…

I ate fried eggs everyday with both pregnancies. It's fine. Your body is used to eating eggs that way.

There's nothing against eating fried eggs during pregnancy

@arivera64, @karnamarie thanks ladies. I was told early on to avoid them bc of possible listeria. I've seen other pregnant women eat them though so I've always wondered. I'm going for it. Thanks:)

But a fried egg is cooked. Now sunny side up is a different story....i try not to eat them that way too often but i do have one every so often

I've had sunny side up eggs many, many, many times during my pregnancy. You'd more than likely get listeria from all these veggies that have them than your eggs.

i always eat fried eggs & even cold lunch meat.

I ate over easy eggs with grits regularly white pregnant, hoagies, and sushi. Just don't go get it from somewhere shady where it may be dirty. Lol.
