Has anyone ever done the 3D 4D ultrasounds? Would love to get it done but I'm such a worry wart about if it's harmful or anything. Anyone's experiences?

the 4D is the video part of it, 3D is just the pictures

@hermommy, awe perfect do you know what's the difference between 3D and 4D?

Nope but I'm thinking of it.. Part if me wants to see his/her features but then at the same time I want it to be a surprise.
