Thanks ladies! My doctor prescribed it to me and I've been iffy about it. I took two last night before bed and I slept SO good and feel great today so far. Maybe a coincidence....time will tell. @lalamichelle0707 @michelle2220

Yes it just makes you sleepy it just has Benadryl and B6
